      After three years of having my home loan through them I had to leave. No way to pay online and they change you the same as a late fee for paying over the phone. I've gotten several "late payment" noticed after dropping my payment in their deposit box only for it to be "lost." I've been with PNC for 17 years and I've never had any issues with them. It's also no surprise to learn US Bank has been surf for unfair lending practices and it really shows.
