Sarah Meyung5I came in looking to open a bank account. I had an appointment with Andrew. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He was patient and explained my options to me very clearly. He was helpful in explaining what options would work best for my financial situation right now and in the future. From the time I walked in until we were finished setting up my accounts he was very attentive and helpful.

Jared1I had prescheduled an appointment to speak with someone, though they had no record of such appointment. First strike. Secondly, I don't need, nor did I ask for credit advice from a novice "personal banker". My two cents.. run away.. just do everything online.

Tim Pegoli1This is the absolute WORST US Bank branch I have ever visited!! This is the second time in a row I have received rude service by the same clerk. I have no idea how she keeps her job. If you intend on using the drive-thru , pack a lunch and make no immediate plans. I’m totally amazed this is allowed to go on by management and from other reviews I’ve read this is no isolated incident.

Lakeisha Davis1Terrible customer service!!!! I have had a few different encounters where I had to call corporate!! I went into a branch an the teller was not able to help me. She needed the branch manager assistance. It was his day off but he was in the branch. He stated he would give me a call in a day or so and never did. I sent him a email an no response. Absolutely terrible customer service!! It’s a month later to no response, guess I have to call corporate again.

David Parsons1My experience today was belittling and the worst service I have ever received. The way the branch manager acted was arrogant while treating me like I was a idiot. I went into the branch to withdrawal money from my bank only for him to demand I tell him what the money was for.

Jen Grimes2I made a check out for cash & signed the back. The male teller gave it back to me and said I also have to sign my name on the payable to line. I asked him why & he said they had had "problems". I asked the manager at the blue ash branch in Kenwood & Cooper rd. She said no that's not a new policy, she also couldn't think of any reason for it & that they couldn't just make up a policy. Only corporate could do that. It's always something with this branch. I think training would be a good start.

Clyde Parker1Every time I have tried to get service from this branch of U.S. bank on Montgomery road in Kenwood it has failed. Im a U.S bank customer and have been for about 5 years. When I go to this location there is a woman of color there that is so rude who can never help me accomplish what I came to do. So I end up going to another branch and a employee there helps me with what she couldn't. I would not recommend going to this branch. Its sad because this is the location most convenient for me. I will be closing my account because of this hatefull nasty mannered woman!!!
