  Travis Waters made the mortgage process EASY! He had a pre-approval to us the same day I initially contacted him and from the date of our offer to our closing date was exactly three weeks. I couldn't have been happier with his service and professionalism throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer I wasn't sure what to expect. Travis made the process stress-free.   I started in real estate 14 years ago and I met our in house lender at the time, Travis Waters. We are both at other companies now, but I still use Travis for the majority of my clients. Two days ago I sat down with a past client who was writing an offer and I asked him about financing. His eyes focused on mine and he said, " I will only use the lender that did my last transaction, Travis Waters. (I think he forgot that I had sent him Travis's way). "He is by far the best lender I have ever worked with and I would not consider using anyone else". I had to share this because I was in awe of the glowing review this client was giving Travis. He is simply the best.

  I was originally working with an online broker and it just didn’t feel right getting a mortgage over the internet and on the phone with someone across the country. My realtor recommended Travis and I couldn’t be happier. This wasn’t my first time getting a mortgage, and Travis didn’t fly through everything knowing that. He still had excellent communication and the process felt like a “hometown” feel and not just another number in their books.   Travis is always super helpful. I got my mortgage through Travis about a year ago. From the pre-approval process to the dates leading up to closing, he always provided great information. Even now, when I have questions on property tax and escrow, he answers my questions very quickly and is always super helpful. Working with Travis makes everything easy!
