The person here said that we need an account with them to get any service from them. I was very surprised. Most banks do exchanges with dollar bills. Luckily, we were able to get the dollar bills that we needed. I am just questioning their policies.

Pina Brinkman, Baglioni5I love Union Bank. Everyone at this particular branch especialy, are extremely helpful, quick, and will always find out, if they do not know they answer what it is. All the way from the Managers, Tellers, and customer service representatives go out of their way, with a smile on their face. I personally feel comfortable there, and I know I will ALWAYS be treated with respect...Also the phone customer service also excellent. I wish I had everyone's names, but I have a very bad memory..I do, however, know I spoke to Marina today who called just to give me info about somthing before it could be charged to my account... Bottom line... If anyone is looking for a great bank...UNION BANK on Pico...
