  Excellent services provided by this bank today. Specifically by Trisha whom made my auto loan super easy and efficient. She made everything easy to understand and made me feel at ease. If you need a car loan then please request Trisha. She’ll find something to make it work for you or she’ll give you advice on how to get a loan if you don’t qualify. I especially love that she doesn’t give you that judgmental look.

  Since they moved from the big building next over this office is going down hill is a mess in there more than one employee have told how difficult the manager evelyn is and a guy called Albert as well so full of pride. I came today because I was close by. but it reminded me not to comeback here the other offices are much superior like the office in Lakewood those are professionals not like this office on aviation terrible service these employees need lots of training.

  My wife had an account for several years and kept approx $70 in account as an out of sight/ out of mind account in event we ever wanted to utilize the account later... Today we went into bank and discovered the account had been drained by "inactivity fees" since we hadnt used the account??? Then they had also cenceled the account!! So the bank holds your money, but if you dont show activity this bank has fine print saying they will take all your money thru fees if they feel you dont visit them enough.. Dont go near this bank..! Total scam bank!!

  1 star it's because every time i went here, their ATM outside is always not available or not in service. VERY NOT CONVENIENT for the customer like me... I work graveyard near by this location so I'm only available to deposit my money on the night time around 6:30pm to 8pm thats why i use the atm outside to deposit my money... Please improve your atm outside 8/26/2018 Update: i forgot to mention, i am depositing cash 8/27/2018 Update: 03/09/2019 pretty soon i am going to close my acct on this bank... i went to this location 3 days in a row but their stupid atm don’t allow to deposit my cash, very very very bad atm and very not convenient to customer... no improvement since my old comment above...

  ATM is out of Service every weekend. They need to add more ATMs at this location and service regularly especially on weekends. This is literally the third time I’ve tried to either deposit or withdraw over a weekend in Sept only to find the single ATM is once again “temporarily out of service”!!! Ridiculous service.

  I've been doing business here for a long time with no issues. However, they seem to be chronically short of tellers so a long line usually awaits you. A wait for a 'desk' employee for transactions like certificate actions is excruciating.

  What a beautiful bank! The second you enter..your greeted by smiling very professional tellers. I was in & out under 5 minutes. I've been a member for 10+ years and with this great customer service I'll stay with this bank.

  Terrible customer service, spend hour for car refinancing application. They said we will apply. after few days no email no call. I went there my application wasnt submitted. Same day spend hour they say you can go and we will call you about the status of your application. Didnt call me so now I am here waiting again.

  I recently just opened an account at the Hawthorne branch and Rashad helped me and he was great. He explained everything that I need to know down to the T. The branch is beautiful clean wth friendly workers. I would definitely recommend everyone getting a credit union account if possible. And if you're in the area check out the Hawthorne branch amazzing
