Courtney Leger1I hope the corporate board at unibank sees this and understands in this moment a one size fits all policy isn’t always the best fit. After a week of almost no sleep, constant care for my immediate family as well as my uncle and grandfather, a very exhausted human wasn’t afforded kindness when it’s always free and easily given. That not only could the correct expectation have been set the first time, but employees should always be kind at a minimum and should always handle these situations with care.

Jessica Fountain5I've never used this branch but they've been calling me and asking me to call them back. I called back today, but they were unable to tell me why they've been calling or connect me with the agent who called me in the first place. Honestly, I got freaked out because they asked identifying questions (which is totally reasonable to access my account information, I recognize!). Anyway, this is suspicious and I didn't like it. ): Edit: The branch has since followed up with me to clarify. Thanks for the quick response 💚

I cannot say enough good things about how they have accommodated us. They have given us state of the art check services for remote deposit, they have given us personal bankers to talk with, they offered to bring their bank to our doorstep.They really worked hard to help us move our relationship to this terrific service oriented bank. David Makela1While I'm not a customer, my recent experience is enough to never consider becoming one. Recently I used a Unibamk ATM, I attempted to withdraw $500 dollars, the ATM never gave me the money yet it was deducted from my account. I called Unibank and left a message advising them of my problem, 37 hours later I received a call and was told I had to file a dispute with my bank. I already knew this because I called my bank to make them aware of this issue as well. My complaint is the representative that called me had no compassion, gave brief answers, never once apologized and could really care less that I have to be put through the ringer to get my property from their ATM. I wanted to know simple things like why do I have to dispute the issue with my institution when it was Unibank's ATM? Has anyone ever had this problem? What is the turn around time? The representative was robotic and couldn't really care less because I'm not their customer. Thankfully I'm not in dire need for this money at the moment, I could only imagine the stress and strain on anyone that is in desperate need of their money. I'm sure Unibank has wonderful employees, and many may have great experiences. I unfortunately did not, I will say I'll never use another Unibank ATM in my lifetime.

Shayne Carey1Would never recommend this bank, they thrive on being the worst. If you call and have an issue with transactions they are more than rude. Does not matter if your asking a simple question or requesting that one thing to be changed on your transaction details they give you the hardest time and are more than impatient with the customers. Go to dcu they are much better

Tom Google5Great bank. They are always there to help you when you walk in and there's free coffee. Bank manager Michael is always helpful. Previous manager Wendy was also always helpful. They must pay them well or something :-) Seriously, they are a cut above the other banks.

Jacqueline D1This bank since getting slightly bigger has been screwing over their customers! They allowed my card to keep being used knowing I didn't have the funds n charged me 137 for a 17 n 12 dollar transaction they did this to my sister for 821 bucks! N refund to refund their error. If you want to be screwed over this is the bank for you! Been here since 2013 n I am now switching banks!
