  Customer service is awful. I am locked out of my account and the representative asked me for my member number or account number. I didn't have either on me because I get online statements so Im not able to easily just grab the info (because its online) and the lady said that I need to have one of them. If I am willing to give you my social and all other verification information, why are you not able to help me. I have to find a new bank because this is beyond ridiculous.

  Poor customer service! Beyond rude. I went to ask if I can get cashier's check. The woman told me must have an appointment. When I asked the next available appointment, she rudely said "I am BUSY, call and get an appointment" and walked off. I am never banking with them again.

  UNFCU Phone customer service is going CRAZY n RUDE by the day! Years ago, the customer service agents used to be very courteous and helpful. But now, I think they must have gotten rid of these staff and changed them with new RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Whenever I call, they give me an attitude, they are talking over me, making me feel as if I was the enemy, they are so unresourceful. Very INAPPROPRIATE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! Please bring back old staff!!!!
