  Used to love banking at my bank.... but for the last couple years the lobby is randomly closed and there's usually never a banker available..... And most of the time there is only 1-2 tellers. They also switch bankers/managers often so you will never develop a relationship with your banker. You are in Bend, so people need paid a living wage for Bend in order retain people.

  Couldnt get anyone to answet the front door after speaking with someone on the phone who said the bank took walkins for opening new checking accounts. They've lost my business

  This branch was closed during its advertised business hours. There was a sign outside saying it would be closed approximately for another week. I had to rush across town to find the next closest bank, but ended up at some commercial banking center/office that was also closed and obviously not a retail bank.

  Hello Jeff, We sincerely apologize about our Bend, OR location being closed during supposed business hours. We do sometimes need to close the stores for breaks and lunches due to staffing shortages. Sometimes we will close an Umpqua location to be deep cleaned. We hope that next time they will provide a note on the door describing the reason and how long they will be closed for.
