  I've been exclusively banking with another local credit union for the last 24 years, and recently established a new account with Umpqua. The overall experience, personable manager, convenient locations, and slick tech apps while staying true to the time-tested basics, make Umpqua appealing, and ahead of the competition.

  Don't waste your time going to this location. We are banking with Umpqua since they held our mortgage, but they've made it very difficult to do any banking with them during the pandemic. They insist that you call ahead of time and set and appointment which is inconvenient. We got a large check and wanted to deposit it ASAP and couldn't use the app so went to the closest location which was this one. They wouldn't answer the phone. You could see inside that people were there, but they didn't answer. Tried several times. Called a different location and they agreed that it was strange, so they called this location to see if they would let us in to deposit the check. They didn't answer for them either. What should have taken a few minutes on a lunch break from work became a 40 minute ordeal ending in having to drive to a different location. Get it together Umpqua.

  Called on the phone asking for an important transfer from one account to another and the crew was so incapable of taking care of my transaction they told me I’d have to get in contact with my home store (Eugene) in order for it to be done after waiting to call me back until 4:05( Umpqua closes at 5) so my wife just decided to call bs on their Incompetence and called the cardinal location turns out the manager there was able to solve it no problem and within five minutes pretty much making whoever was the staff and manager on duty today look absolutely useless . Just know if you experience the same situation as me there are locations that can help

  Used to be a great bank …..unfortunately I need to find another bank at this point…. Please don’t waste your time and find another bank or at least another branch!

  Claims yo be the best bank! Must be a joke! Worst customer service ever! Why not be more for your loyal customers for over 5 years instead of not caring that they want to leave or even be more empathetic but nope they don't care or even try to call you back? Worst ever never felt less appreciated from a bank in my life!

  Unreliable. I needed to make a payment TODAY but my card was cancelled and the bank associates don't know why, not to mention they spelled my first name wrong on my bank card.

  Great service at this branch, I drive out of my way to see the awesome tellers/bankers at the Tualatin branch.

  Service is great. Location is horrendous, unless you can walk there. Parking, and traffic in this area, is ka-razy.
