  I have been with this bank since 1999. I love this bank and the people that work for UMB. THEY ARE THE BEST! I recently had an issue with a company that insisted on charging me twice in one month. The company could not seem to fix the problem. I canceled the company from my life. But I refuse to cancel Umb. If you are looking for a great bank I recommend you try Umb. They are worth the service fee I pay monthly.
