  Don't sell your guns here unless you really need to get rid of them. Offers are on the floor for trade ins and prices for used firearms are too high. You can tell its all about the money here. Best cross this one off your list and move on.

  I always enjoy the energetic and comforting atmosphere that the business has to offer. The customer service I've received by several different of employees, 1 of which was a wonderful Lady that explained a lot to me bout the shop & how they come up with their prices. & on a different occasion, during another visit there, a man waited on me and and stead of pawning something for cash to help catch up on sum bills, I chose a really gorgeous laptop, my favorite brand HP, to put in layaway as a gift for Christmas from my husband and my kids. And the guy gave us an excellent deal because I had one previously a year or two ago that was older and this was a newer one and updated than the one I had & I remembered how much I paid retail for the one I had a few years ago. I actually got a really good deal on this one and I cannot wait to get it on Christmas or shortly after I'm excited!! Also, my husband bragg's about this business, because he loves to shop there for hunting and fishing equipment, etc. As well as purchase other items that can be hard to find at giant retail facilities such as Walmart, target, and other places because your child asks for something that may be slightly outdated such is a game but once it really, really bad and that's 1 place your able to get them what they were wanting & at a lower price, NO DOUBT!! My husband also enjoys doing other business with them & they provide a great environment & are very laid-back & extremely blunt and straightforward with you about how much they can help you with or if they cannot help you at all. I would love to see them build an actual website that shows specials, items, etc., along with a few other ideas in my mind.... Jessica & Jody

  I have been at this shop a bunch, rarely leave without buying something! The staff can't be beat!,they are very friendly and will do anything to help you find what your looking for! I just love everything about this shop!!

  I use Ultimate as my FSL dealer. They charge $25 which I consider a fair price. The owner and all employees have been very friendly. I recommend them.

  I visited Ultimate Pawn on Saturday May 2, 2015. I found the staff to be very friendly and very helpful. They seem to know a lot about guns and gold. Their slogan is Guns and Gold bought and sold. They were rockin on the day I was in there. They do very good on loans and are very competitive on the prices. They will match or beat any other stores price. They do special order guns with a down payment. Visit theses guys, they are open Monday thru Saturday 900am to 700pm and Sunday 1100am to 600pm.

  A whole lot better deals in Charleston West Virginia I got two all-in-one computers are $450 when you pay about 275 in Charleston at any pawn shop for the same quality and same specs

  Brought in an extremely rare RMK Smithsonian Bowie, (sell for 700$ brand new with a five year wait) Told them I’d like 400$, they literally TOLD ME it was a reasonable price to ask, but then counter offered and hemmed and hawed less than 200$ for a “loan” Fast forward a couple weeks, I sold it on FB for several hundred more.. I know they are in it for profit, but man.. oh they also didn’t believe me about what it was even though I listed the make, model, specs, steel type and year of production, and had papers....

  The product I received was not the same as the picture, description online or on the receipt. It was a gift I promised so I had to accept it. They’re only reply was return it and we’ll give you the money back. Very disappointing.. if I could give them a zero I would have.
