  I absolutely like this bank and their staff. They go out of their way to accommodate customer's needs. They are always very prompt and competent. All representatives I worked with were friendly and were happy to answer many of my questions. In addition, this credit union is a part of many charitable causes all over the country and overseas, particularly in Ukraine which makes it even more likable. Thank you guys for your work!

  very nice people. I enjoy going there on my lunch time. they are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this bank to any business person. they are professional of what they are doing. Excellent job whoever hire these two nice ladies.

  Saddens me to say, but I feel like I was discrimanated against. My credit union is a shared credit union with Ukrainian Federal Credit Union, which means I should be able to go in make deposits and withdrawals as I would my credit union. My nearest branch that is open on a Saturday is in Bedford, MA and I was told this was closer to me, so I decided to go here. When I go there, the doors were locked, they buzzed me in and then told I could not make a withdrawal, only a deposit. I didn't think anything at the time. I just figured they had their on rules, but when I contacted by credit union to find what specific bank I could go to to make a withdrawal, they said anyone of them and told them of the incident and they seemed taken aback. Now I'm thinking did they not want to do business with me because I was black and unfamiliar? I never had an opporunity to take out my ID or anything. Why bother being a shared branch, if you don't people who don't look like you coming in to do business?

Ukrainian FCU participates in the CO-OP ATM & Shared Branch network, which allows our members to perform basic transactions at other participating credit unions and ATMs. However, per our agreement with CO-OP, we do not assist with transactions for non-members, such as a withdrawal. In essence we have a one-way agreement in place at this time.   Very nice and friendly staff. They know every customer by name and take good care of them. You will not get such treatment at big corporate banks like BOA or Citizens.
