  I have been with UFCU for 16 years with a personal account and have added my business. I always refer my employees to get an account as well. UFCU is my local bank and well unfortunately I have to have another account for statewide due to traveling. I wouldn’t change it, staff is always polite and attentive.

  We have been with UFCU for many years now. We have have a fond relationship with the staff and cannot imagine going to any other credit union. We have worked with David from the the opening of our account until he became the branch manager. He assisted our kids with their first accounts and helped them better understand how banking works. They in turn had several of their friends open accounts with UFCU as well. If you want to work with a credit union who sees you as an individual and not just another sheep being pushed through the market, UFCU is where you want to be.

  I'm new to UFCU, when I first opened my account in May I can't lie I was a bit frustrated with how the whole new account check deposit works. But then I got a lil assistance on dealing with that whole issue, I recently went to the Ben White location where they were very rude and not helpful. I left that place in tears ready to close my account, I told myself let me drive over to Slaughter to see if they can help before I close my account. I met an employee by the name of Jasmine and let me tell you, she's been SUPER HELPFUL in my banking experience. I will drive an extra 15 mins just to get the customer service I deserve. Thank you Jasmine for your awesome customer service..

  UFCU has been our bank for about 4yrs now. We have another bank, but UFCU showed they cared. Theyhelped guide us to get a good car loan.

  Not a full branch. More like a staffed ATM so the services are limited.
