  Bad customer service representatives on phone unprofessional. If you fail to pay credit card amount they gonna threat you for payments. Becareful if you taking credit card from This bank. AND NO EASY WAY TO PAYMENTS. STILL THREATS YOU.

  Fast friendly service. Very convenient for me that I can use them as a shared branch for transactions for my main credit union.

  Finally decided today to set up and account with UFCU which is what my family and my boyfriend use. They have had nothing but good things to say about UFCU. With Covid-19 going on, inside wasn't an option so I did curbside. Alexis helped me through the entire process over the phone and deposited my money promptly and got me my debit card right then and there. Alexis was nothing but friendly and efficient, such great customer service. So happy to be part of the UFCU family.

  Use to enjoy this bank until recently I ended up with a defected money order and had come from the west end twice just make sure I had all my information and receipt and the person still refused to give me another one or place the money back into my account. With Covid 19 and job losses that we are all experiencing it is frustrating and the person showed no sympathy. I will no longer come to this bank.

  I had an issue that didn't get resolved as quickly as it should have, but I did like some aspects of banking with them for 6 years, for example being able to have several saving accounts for no additional cost. I also found their app to be reasonably functional
