  This bank will Scam you out of money over the time of your loan they say there helping there not. They need to be reported by everyone who has had an issue with this bank. You need to be a voice instead of complaining to them. This bank needs to be shut down for fraud. I have had the worst experience in my life from giving me 3 different payoffs in one day. Also giving loan officer money for payment that was never deposited. Throwing fees on my loan because they just so happened to find something that was never there. Also funny thing my account is set up on auto draft but you tell me that my account is passed due. WOW! Bianca handles my loan and it is a mess everytime I talk to her. Filled a complaint and they give me to her best friend which works there with her to handle my complaint! Be wary and watch out and stay on top of your loan!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  When the loby was open, great service. Since the pandemic, the drive through is SLOW. I have to come back multiple times a day to get a short line. Average wait time is 30 minutes. I have a personal and 2 checking accounts even though I make clear notes, my deposites rarely make it into the correct account.

  I have been a member for almost 12 years, and I have never had any issues with this credit union. Every branch has the same smiling faces that are truly there for its members. I got my first auto loan through Coastal Community at the age of 18 - they have an amazing "Loan Counseling Program" that ensures members' knowledge of credit and how to maintain excellent credit. I suggest everyone, If you haven't done so already, go in and open a checking/savings account. I promise, you won't regret it.

  Pick any day, pick any time. Try to call them and you'll get a "experiencing higher than normal call volumes" message, get your ear blasted off by wait music, and then dumped into a voicemail to not get called back. Absolutely inexistent customer service or support.

  Never had a bad experience with Costal. Purchased a truck thru their financing. Only thing now, dropped off my taxes 3 weeks before virus started, and still to date they are not done. Otherwise never had a issue. Very helpful.

  It's hard to even give 1 star. Horrible customer service, they dont call you back within a day even if your card is compromised. They are extremely rude and do not care about you or your money which is a problem.

  I've been a member here for the last several years after being with a bank previously. The folks here truly look after their members. The fees here are minimal compared to the larger banks. Staff here at the downtown Galveston branch are very helpful and friendly. I've had several issues over the last few years and they have always taken the time to return calls and ensure that my issues are resolved.

  ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE PROVIDED. I called 7 time throughout the day after discovering an issue leaving me over 1,100 short in my account. I was transferred once to leave a message, multiple ring only and on hold forever and once someone actually hung the line up on me after 15 minutes of waiting. I cant drive to the bank because I am 500 miles away. I will discontinue service with ccfcu when my issue is resolved. CRAPPY WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
