  Can’t say enough about Eric. He’s has helped me secure 2 very difficult home loans (I’m self employed with multiple income streams and LLC’s and these loans occurred during COVID). We had to work through all kind of temporary COVID regulations and restrictions. He was there every step of the way and went above and beyond exploring every option and possibility to make it happen in a timely fashion. Eric was also extremely competitive and was able to beat out all of competition (I shopped at least 6 other major vendors: credit unions, brokers, other banks, etc). He killed it in every regard. Highly recommended.

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Eric Bollow and USBank. Bollow told me that I would be able to remove the PMI on my home mortgage once the loan to value (LTV) ratio hit 78 percent. The truth turned out to be that the terms of my loan agreement was actually a 75 percent LTV AND that the PMI vendor won’t even allow me to apply for PMI removal until after 2 years. When I contacted Bollow about this discrepancy he gave me this condescending response. “Home mortgages and PMI are a very dynamic and highly regulated industry.” I’ve since had further problems with USBank. Please, if you want to understand the terms of perhaps the most important financial decision of your life, don’t use Eric Bollow or USBank.

  This was our first time to complete a mortgage application on line. Eric did a great job of helping us navigate the process from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
