  Bailey, the branch manager for the Tesson Ferry US Bank was genuinely caring, patient, kind, professional and proficient. I took my elderly mom to the bank for a variety of banking needs (account transactions, account paperwork changes, safety deposit box visit, etc). Bailey treated my mom with respect and professionalism. He blended in a wonderful sense of humor to add some human peacefulness to this crazy covid time in life! You do not find this kind of personal touch with such a large banking institution. My mom and I just truly appreciate all of Bailey's hard work and look forward to many years of banking with US Bank and it's dedicated staff. Thank you Bailey for your outstanding performance, strong communication skills and strong job integrity.

  Ran in to deposit cash and coin rolls saved up. Rob, the bank teller was incredibly friendly! I walked into the bank dreading talking to people and walked out happy knowing that Rob took the time to care about me.

  You wait for the service wen you get to the windows very poor customer service Dan he take the deposit and want away whit out let talk the I need the balance so he come back and I wait again for him to give me the balance He put the receipt on the door open and flu away Very upsetting 😡 the don't take time whit customer

  Don't know if it is still available but for vets they have free checks and free checking. They approved a no collateral loan in less than an hour. I have had minor issues so not a 5 but overall a good bank.
