  The tellers at this location are very rude. They cannot seem to complete tasks in a timely manner. They often complain or give excuses to get out of doing everyday duties. Several times I’ve had to process my requests through a different branch or a different bank altogether.

  Recently went in to take care of some things before moving and they were very helpful and nice. They helped us get a new account we needed set up painlessly and weren't being pushy on selling us the credit cards and things like a lot of places are. The associate I spoke to saw on my license that I am former military and upgraded my account to their best account with no charge. He also walked us out and helped an elderly lady with the doors. Great service.

  Terrible slow service. Spent 50 minutes here just wanna withdrawal my money. Teller didn’t even listen to you lead to card declined after long wait. Told to come back after 24 hours? What a great service!
