  If you're looking for a mortgage or refinance, run the other direction! I know covid has made things difficult, but I've been more than patient. But their mortgage guy is completely incapable of answering or returning calls, and forget emails. Oh, and by they way, he apparently works from home. So you have to make an appointment in order to meet with him... Which you can't do, since he doesn't return calls or emails. The communication is awful! And he doesn't seem to know what is actually needed. The whole process took 3 months, except at the end it was denied due to not having the paperwork. Which he had 2 months ago, and I know he had it because I had to turn it in to him to even fill out the application in the first place. All in all, I've been a huntington customer for over 10 years. I will be closing the rest of my accounts as soon as humanly possible.

  I went into this branch to make business connections for a business I plan on starting. I made an appointment with a loan officer ahead of time letting them know my intentions and that I was coming in to get information not to borrow any money or open an account. I arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited a half an hour for my appointment and when I finally was called back he refused to answers my questions about the banks history and his history as a loan officer. I reported him to his manager for wasting my time and being unkind and the manager didn't take my complaint seriously. Apparently Huntington doesn't have time to be kind or make business connection they are too concerned with making money which in the end will lose them money because they don't take the time to care. I have closed my account with Huntington and don't plan on doing business with them ever again.

  Super great & easy experience. Everyone was very nice & accommodating. Evet & Tim were great to work with.

  Service is garbage here, with the exception of a few this place has alot of lazy and useless employee's including their "managers"
