  I think it’s the worst bank in US. I use BOA, Chase, Wells Fargo and they are 10 times better and easier to work with. US Bank is super complicated. Recommend to avoid at all times.

  I am discriminated agains every time I come to this store. I really don't know what the problem is with the cashiers there? They only say hi to you if you're white! I know this sounds racist, but I am just being honest. I am a hispanic female and everytime I go to this store, cashiers go out of their way to make me feel ignored. They never say hi, Did you find everything Ok? nothing, but they are as loud as they can be with the person in front and in back of me (of course another race)!! It is 2012 people!! Grow up!!!!!!! I will make sure to speak to a supervisor if this happens again. Unveliavable!! Racists!!!!

  Staff and manager needs better training ,I had when into this bank to Make cash advance ,the staff or manager couldn’t process the traction and then lied that the traction could be made (chase completed the transaction without the 101 question )
