  I usually dont go based on other people's opinions or experiences so even though i read the bad comments about this branch I still went....and guess what...everyone was right, customer service is horrible they're tone of voice very rude and not helpful at all! First and last time ever going there! If you don't like your job quit and find something else to do other than ruining people's day!

  Horrible customer service; my son tried to open a new account and was treated rudely! Would not recommend this branch to anyone!

  Went to another usbank the same day after I got turned down and the bigger branch said I had all the paper work. One said no the other said yes. Funny

  some one stold a business check from me washed it and they cashed it, I have a hard time cashing a large check with the right documents, its under investigation
