      The worst customer service rude and disrespectful the don't do their job the way they supposed to and there's no banker to talk to... this bank needs to be closed I have a mortgage account plus the high interest they charge me and I always pay on time and I get that... us bank you lost a great customer

      I went to US Bank to cash a check I'd received from a family member who banks there. I don't have an account but the teller was very kind and the transaction was smooth and easy. I could do without the fee for cashing without an account but otherwise, good visit.

      Tellers are very unprofessional, they place 2 week holds on check deposits no matter how long you been banking with them. The lady Amanda was very rude and was asking personal questions that has nothing to do with her or my banking business. I will be contacting the BBB

      On 3/2/20 I deposited $6800.00 in $100 bills into the ATM. The ATM froze and I received an error message/receipt. I went into the bank and was told there is nothing they can do about it. The branch manager Nathan was completely rude and said for me to keep my receipt and once the tech came out they would credit the money. Once verified. I will never do business with this bank and I will be having all of my family switching banks. If this is not fixed by end of today I will be seeking a lawyer out to file a law suit for theft and illegally holding my money. This was a distribution from my retirement account to pay for medical bills! As of right now I'm in a lot of trouble and the bank is doing nothing about it.

      Literally the slowest bank ever, plus still not open when every other bank is now open inside. You sit in the drive thru for atleast 30 to 45 mins anytime you need to do anything with a teller. This is the most ridiculous thing ever.

      The banker name is jaimie that she refused to open my mobile deposit she make me angry at her i need mobile deposit for my checks. But she didnt trust me anymore that why she wont let me go home by airplane to florida that i save it in my account but im not live here i just visit here by my work

      The company has not updated information on their drive thru hours like a lot of responsible businesses. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Branch manager needs to get this updated asap.
