  Terrific team in the Hoquiam branch. Tellers are fast, efficient and friendly. The Manager goes out of his way to be supportive and informative when we had an issue. Love this bank!

  The past two months the availability of online services have been quite spotty. Sometimes it goes days before I am able to gain online access to my accounts. US Bank also buries support options for the website, so not really sure were to highlight this issue with US Bank so I've turned to Google reviews. Considering how much banking is done online, this is like the branch being unavailable during business hours. Fix it! (Or users will have to look for another solution for their online banking needs.)

Please try these troubleshooting steps: clear all cache, cookies and history on your current browser. Then delete any bookmarks/favorites for the website. You can also test another browser. For the mobile app ensure your phone is up to date with the latest operating system and our app is at its most recent version.   The bank is not concerned nor helpful in trying to recover 500.00 stolen from our account..The thieves obtained my pin# and banking info & withdrew the money..That was 8/23... I have spent hours on the phone and filed paperwork they can't seem to find..in the meantime I am sure they are using my 500.00 dollars..Let me tell you I need it more than they do...no big surprise, when I get my money back I will be changing banks

  They explain to you the first time when you’re gonna cash a check that is gonna take a while in the branch but what they don’t explain is they’ll put a hold on your check for two weeks if you do it mobile so then they give you money and later you find out that you’re not supposed to spend that money because your check is on hold so my question is why have an available balance for a certain amount and you think is your money but is actually there’s very confusing bank I will never recommend this bank to my love ones that’s Why America is how it is instead of helping they try to screw you in every way they can and make it legal
