Jeffrey Wasilowski5So very easy to do anything. They are right on it and completed in a flash. Never had a single issue. Miss the El Prado branch up north but happy enough to make it work.

Dylan Walker1Extremely slow and I would not recommend using this branch if you plan on being anywhere within the next hour or two. US bank has three locations in Taos and yet one of them isn’t even open. The lines typically extend out into the street and you will most likely wait a minimum of 30 minutes to receive service. This bank seems to forget that customer service and well being fall on the same standard. There is no excuse for the lack of performance. Other banks have adapted to quickly serve their customers regardless of COVID-19 procedures. This bank has not. I have heavily debated changing banks due to this issue.

Dg Waugaman1The worst bank I’ve known. They took my deposit to open an account , several thousand dollars, and refuse to let me have access even after my check to them had cleared weeks ago. Avoid this bank or you will be unhappy and unable to get your money.

James Reese1Poor customer service and awful communication. I waited in the commercial lain for over 45 minutes stuck behind one vehicle at the window, while many customers cycled threw the next lane. At the least they could tell people to use the other lane....
