Brett Arrington1Up until now I’ve had good experiences and have left good reviews and have recommended US Bank to several people but the service in this branch was horrible. I was told to go in the branch and to open an account but I got there at 2:32 and was told they don’t open accounts after 2:30. After I explained that I was told to come in “at any time” she said they were customer service and “they work from home” and don’t know what goes on at the branch and they have nothing to do with them “because it’s another department”. Not a surprise this branch has such bad reviews. Here’s another one.

Ben Willard5I have been frequenting this branch, located inside Safeway, for several years. I have had the opportunity to observe the staff interact with their clients, young and old. Uniformly they are informed, polite and caring. As a small business owner I appreciate when a very large corporation is able to provide excellent consumer service in small, diverse locations. Anyone that desires 7 day a week teller hours only has this option in Green Valley. Add competitive rates, competent tellers that are nice and you have found a bank.

Willy Man5Edit: I was in line with that Martha Angulo chick and she was extremely rude and bitchy to the US Bank staff. Don't take her review seriously as she is a real mean person. I'm a long time US Bank customer and have been very impressed with this branch. I love in Sahuarita and work in Tucson so it is sort of out of my way but the staff here has been superb. Especially Claudia who has been extremely helpful. I hardly ever have my US Bank card with me nor do I know my acct # off the top of my head. She is always happy to help me and find my info for me. A+

Merriem Wombacher1Absolutely horrible. Located inside the Safeway store and during a pandemic there is no other way to get your funds, or use an ATM except go inside. I spoke with Maria Wachoa the manager and asked her about this. Her response was to drive to Tucson to use one there...just a 25 mile trip each way. If we used another banks ATM there would be a charge. We will be closing our accounts with them.

Tim Peterson4I have recently moved to the Tucson Green Valley area. Having a 20yr relationship with US Bank . I wasted no time to getting familiar with the Green Valley branch facility. The staff was friendly and proficient in all the banking tasks I needed to make my resources accessible, protected, and ready to use via low interest line of credit and debit cards. US Bank has had my back during the current covid-19 pandemic and economic havic it has caused, with expertise provided to sucessfuly navigate the SBA EIDL, and PPP assistance. Providing funds to keep my buiseness open and my staff employed. THANK YOU US BANK

Dylan Volk1DO NOT recommend US BANK commited fraud on my account and refused to give me my funds back. They lied to me and could not show me the transaction or anything that proves that this money has been taken or refunded to my account. DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK. They lie and are dishonest. I even showed them the receipts for the transaction that is missing from my account but refused to listen, instead they immediately came up with a story about the refund being trickled into other transactions on my account. The banker did the math herself adding up all the transactions and it was still short 45 dollars. I have reported this company to the FDIC and IRS. They completely deleted the transaction history from my account to cover themselves and pretend it never happened but at the end of the day the money is missing out of my account and you can see this with simply adding up every transaction in my account. This place is absolutely horrible and will not admit when they make a mistake. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!

Sergio Coronado851Today i when to this particular US-Bank branch located in Green Valley and i got discriminated by the two Tellers. My purpose was to cash a US-bank personal check from one of my clients in the amount of $2,000. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. I was listening to the tellers as they told the customers in front of me if they wanted large bills or small bills. When i fanally reach the counter i handed the teller my personal check and politely ask her to cash it for me. She look at me and said “we can cash this check here for this amount” i ask her why? Ive cash larger checks here before. She looked at me funny and replied. We don't have that much money here in this branch. I told here. What about the people that were in front of me you cash there checks. You even ask them large bills or small bills. What seems to be the problem.... what kind of bank doesn't have $2000 dollars in their safe. A week prior i cash a check of $5000. She replied you need to go to a tucson branch not here. Why is that? We dont have that type of money here. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 so i left to another branch on campbell and broadway in tucson and they cash my check with no problem. I was curious and i told them what had happened to me in Green Valley and both tellers at this location apologize and told me they were wrong. They could’ve cash my check.

Martha Angulo1Worst customer service. So unfriendly and inpatient. The little girl Cluadia is so bad at helping out. She gets easily annoyed when a customer ask questions. She does not even try to do the effort to try to answer your questions. I recently went over to try to change banks for the convience of it being closer to my home. This is the second time i go in the last two months and its the same girl with the same rudeness and attitude. But I will much rather travel the extra mile to my Chase bank where the bankers do treat you with respect and look at you when you are speaking. Extremely disappointed. (Negative 3 stars)

J Mtts1I would give this place a negative star if there was the option. Worst customer service from both branch managers. Claudia, one of the bankers was no help at all. Open up a credit card was not given any paperwork, could not be provided with my account #. Not even offered for further assistant in the matter. I choosed this bank for my convenience but I plan on closing my account and going to a different bank. Definitely not recommending this bank to anyone.
