      Received excellent help and customer service from Scott and Kyle. Had an urgent need for a quick closing on a house and they both worked together to get it done immediately. Will Drive out of my way to go to this branch again. The branches closer to our home were unwilling to help Without an appointment.

      Family members had a fraud case. Scott and Tyler told the family member to “never come back to this bank.” Took over 6 days to fix. Rude, disrespectful, dishonest, irresponsible and didn’t seem to care about anyone. Told family member to go Usbank in Circle Pines and was taken care of way better.

      The atm at this location malfunctioned and when I approached the teller inside she said I had to call a number but handed me her managers card, Drea Winters, to assist with the over draft charges I’d have since my deposit couldn’t be completed. After calling the manager and branch twice, I was told a manager would call me back. Now I already had to wait a week for my $250 deposit to go through and now I have to call over and over and for days on days to get my money back ? How unprofessional and shame on you. You’re literally dealing with peoples lives, show some respect for your customers. I like US Bank but stay clear of Hugo. They’ll take your money and never help to get it back.

      Branch manager Scott Escoto is incompetent and doesn’t want to help customers. I will be leaving us banks because of this service.
