      Horrible customer service, can't don't most things a normal bank can do. Every time I have to deal with a teller at UsBank I am more and more convinced it's time to change banks.

      The manager Renee at this branch is truly amazing! Last few months she helped us out tremendously, without Renee would've been so hard. We moved to Florida about a year ago but still bank at US BANK in Fountain,Colorado. Renee definitely needs to be congradulated for a job well done!!!!! Thank you so much for helping us, you're one of a kind!

      Always friendly! Editing on 1/2/19 Though this branch has always provided good service, the fraud department was VERY rude this morning! This is the 2nd occasion someone has stolen our information online and made purchases. Trying to straighten this out over the phone since the charge is still there that we did not make! Fraud representative was EXTREMELY RUDE! Getting a new card and praying this situation is resolved without having to call for a third time!

      Worst experience banking here ever. Got told I'm doing criminal actions and told to leave by the older dark haired lady, because I mobile deposited a personal check instead of depositing in the store. Couldn't believe the way she treated me. Been unsatisfied with this location very long too. Just the reason I needed to not do business with them anymore. Been rude since day 1.

      Located inside Safeway. The staff at this location are excellent! Service is given in a way that makes one feel the employees at USBank care about you. There can often be a line for personal banking, but it is worth the wait to receive quality service when banking.

      This bank is terrible .!!! Do not even set up an account they us every excuse in the book to take your money i had them for years before they started to treat me like trash... i can’t speak to much about this specific bank it’s the institution and the call center.. i caution. Anyone who is going to open account it isn’t worth your time, money or business. I would give zero stars if i could.

      I have been banking there several years...I love the small town feeling..They know customers by name and help me all the time. They try very hard to give good service plus keep the line moving...

      Horrible experience. I do not recommend that anybody go to this branch of US Bank. I was ill informed about my account and felt like I got taken advantage of while also being neglected as a customer.
