Jim Floyd5I want to thank Autumn from the Proctor Street branch of US Bank for her patient, friendly help with a problem that affected an automatic bill withdrawal. I was able to work with the right person to get the issue rectified within one hour of my initial call with Autumn. It's great to get that level of service for even small problems from a big corporation that still helps customers with that local banker attitude. I have been a US Bank customer for years, and I fully intend to continue banking with US Bank at the Proctor Street branch. Great job, and thanks again, Autumn!

Kimbrie Sauvageau5I was a US Bank customer several years ago and had a great experience. Not sure why I left, but I recently have reopened my accounts with them at the Proctor branch in Tacoma. I had the pleasure of working with Jonzio, where do I begin. He was such a pleasure to work with. US Bank has been the only bank that made me feel like my business is appreciated, that I had a one on one person like Jonzio to come to if I need anything or have any questions. These days personal service like that is hard to find, especially in the banking sector. It is great to not have to call a 800 number and talk to a stranger about my money, there is someone committed to help in any way possible. I look forward to working with Jonzio in the future and definitely recommend US Bank to anyone who likes good service and their products are great as well. Something for everyone.

Clinton Lusk1I’m a US Bank Customer. Their pirate parking service still ticketed my vehicle. Don’t do business with these people. They’ll ticket you for being there.

His customer service, professionalism and prompt response time proved to be invaluable during this unfortunate pandemic. He is both very knowledgeable and efficient in his endeavors and we will definitely enjoy working with him and others alike at US Bank.

Great Bear1Overall, this branch offers excellent customer service from all employees, except one. That is a reason why I only put 1 star. In my experience, Kimberly Crosby, was not nice. In fact it seemed that she either didn't want to serve me or was simply discriminating against me. I went to her and asked if she could exchange some rolls of coins for 1 roll of quarters. She returned with 8 brand new coin roll holders and stated that she is not going to take my rolls, since the edges at the ends were not tucked in. She told me that I needed to re-roll all 8 rolls I had, despite the fact that several of them were completely perfect. I proceeded to let her know that all of my rolls had tape in the middle and showed in front of her how the coins will not fall out, by taking a roll of coins and moving it vigorously up and down. Of course none of the coins fell out. But I guess Kim had an attitude and simply didn't want to serve my request, or she was discriminating me based on my accent. I am not the only one who had an unpleasant experience with her... So, based on my experience, I wouldn't advise any people with accents going to this branch. Like I said, other tellers provide superior customer service. But she either had an attitude or was discriminating me. This is the first time that any of US bank employees treated me like this. No other employee at this or other branch thought that the coins would fall out, except her. They gladly exchanged my coins for something else. Based on all of this, it would seem that Kimberly has an attitude at times in regards to her job, or she tends to discriminate against people with an accent. You might be better off visiting another branch...

noorulain ijaz5I do not have an account with them. I only cash out my college checks but the ladies who work there are excellent. They are very caring and customer service is the best. I anticipate going there every quarter. Update: I got a student account with them and they have a wonderful friendly staff.

Lindsey Perdue1The employees here are very rude. They will never allow my husband to deposit money into my account. He claims its because of his race....he feels as if they look at him like hes a criminal. When I arrive to then deposit the money with the same deposit slip he has tried to use theres never a problem. I can also deposit into his account with no issue. Theres no logical reasoning behind this. Time to find a new bank.
