  I have never experience as many problems with a bank as I have with us bank. They charge fees no one can explain the customer service is the worse I HAVE EVEN SEEN IN MY LIFE dealing with a bank. I have been hung up on over the phone the supervisors are rude it's totally unbelievable. If you are thinking about banking with them hope you have better luck then I did.......

  Best bank I have ever been to, the staff are extremely friendly and remember who you are. I opened a checking and savings account here recently with the manager. He was very polite and friendly, he answered all our questions and made sure everything was in working order before we left. I can truly feel proud to be a member of U.S. Bank.

  Unfortunately most US Bank locations seem to provide absolute trash service, this might be the worst of them .

  This bank is a total joke. Somehow worse than other awful large banks. Jim Carrillo really made the loan process 10x longer and more difficult than it had to be, clearly inexperienced and extremely unprofessional. Would avoid this bank at all costs.

  OMG!!! This is a joke, not a bank, first of all they put a hold on my account and when I get a notice it states that the funds can't be collected, the check was from my other bank and it already cleared the other bank, then a few month later, I had a question and so far I've been calling this location for over an hour, all I get is a voice mail, you can't leave a message, the customer service people are rude and not helpfull......all I want to do at this point is to close my account!!!!!

  Horrible customer service!!! Had a very bad experience today, will be calling the District Manager to report what happened. Employees there need to be held accountable for their actions!!

  An absolutely horrible bank with terrible customer service experience. I would stay as far away as possible. Citibank is across the street. RUN

  As a customer of US Bank, kinda nice to see that there's an actual location here. Can't say anything negative about the location.

  Lacking of people skills maybe just this site location only. No one would do extra step fro the customer. Phone keep ringing. No answer
