  My Dad used Lee to refinance and he highly recommended him. Lee made refinancing so easy. The process was so painless and Lee communicated everything so nicely, in a matter of hours, I had done everything that was needed and then to make it even easier, we got to sign all of the paperwork in the comfort of our own home!   Lee found our original mortgage and then within a year found us a great refinance for free that had minimal hassle even heading into the Covid-19 months. Friendly, kind and willing to answer questions. I've already recommended him to friends!

  "I really feel that what Lee Schenk did to get me a loan for my new home was very special . I want to share my experience with you. When I started looking for an apartment I was hopeless that I can get any mortgage, as my credit report was not good because I didn’t work for few months and was unable to Pay some of my credit cards . He was very highly recommended by my realtor agent and from the first call he gave me hope when I tried to apply for a loan and failed to get pre- approved twice prior . He helped me in many ways, he was very nice and dedicated to his job and he asked me to provide all the documents to increase my low credit report and each day my hope get bigger until my credit report comes to the good range . It took 2 months of hard work but it was a very challenging experience that he did all that to make my application pre-approved in less than a week and It was very smooth and well compensated. He did the impossible that no one else can do and I’m thankful every day that I’m living a dream in my beautiful home that I loved when I needed a miracle to happen in just 2 months. I will always be thankful to him that he was present for me all the time to help me get what I always looking for a beautiful home very close to the beach. He is just amazing person and hard working and very helpful and he will try his best to get the job done in a very nice way. He is very special person and I really highly recommend him as my case was so difficult and he did the impossible.
