  Absolutely horrible experience for my husband and I. In general, US Bank has met my banking needs very well, but this bank branch is not to be trusted. We went through the drive-through teller to request a withdrawal for $300 cash. The teller even asked us to write down what bills we wanted on the withdrawal slip, which we did. The transfer took a few minutes longer than expected and we were late for an appointment so my husband took the money and we started to drive out of the parking lot when I noticed that instead of pulling $300 from our account, the teller pulled $3000!!! My husband immediately went into the bank branch to request the money be put back in our account. The only response the teller gave us was, “Well, you signed for it...” No, we did not sign for it. We marked down that we wanted $300 withdrawn with the number and type of bills that we were requesting. Honestly, that guy needs to be fired for what could have been a very costly mistake if we had ended up overdrawn.

  Worst bank! Poor customer service, especially from Giselle. NEGATIVE STARS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. Not a trust worthy establishment. Do not take out a car loan there unless you want forgery and uncertainty of your personal legal paperwork.

  I like us bank in general . but customer service in this branch is way below average. Jasmine is one of the type people that will lie to your face to cover simple mistake. Dear Us bank costumer save yourself and skip this place . The Rancho San Diego branch is way more organized. Nice workers . And the most. the workers actually will help you . and they will not provide you with wrong info . Like this branch banker did ...

  Amazing staff with intelligent & useful tips about financial issues. Also they are delightful and cheerful... I know that there is not one person in that bank that acts rude or disrespectful in any way toward customers...don't listen to those negative comments please...5 star***** banking all the way with educated guidance to boot*****

  Direct Express Mastercard, is accepted here at the ATM for those on SSI or other Federal programs. One of my clients is disabled and this bank worked best for her financial needs.

  Very rude customer service and disrespectful people. Not only was I hung up on once, but chris hung up on me twice. I could see if I was being completely asinine and rude myself, but I wasn't. There was no reason for them to treat me this way. I was a potential customer, but never again will I ever attempt to use u.s. Bank.
