      In the 4 years we have lived in warrenton area we have only been inside the bank maybe 3 times (one of those was to set up our accounts). Their hours do not accommodate working people. Their lobby was closed forever and now only open til 2 by appt. Most people work til at least 330 or 4. Drive through is only open til 4pm so you can't even use that service if you don't get home from work til 4 pm. Half of the time the ATM is out of service so when you can't even use that service how is one supposed to do their banking without having to use PTO time to take off of work to get banking needs met. Response to owner 2/23/22: you can't set up or change accounts digitally on the app or in the drive through. You have to actually go into the lobby.......which is not possible when the lobby closes at 2 pm and people have to work until 4 pm. So I would have to use PTO time to leave work to accommodate setting up an account for my daughter (plus she is in school until 330pm so she would have to be pulled out of school early. US Bank is literally the only bank in Warrenton that isn't open until at least 4 p.m. (drive through open until 5 pm). Your lobby is also closed on Saturdays and Mondays. So people literally have 4 days a week/ 4 hours a day (since your hourse are 10-2) to do their banking. Not everyone wants or can use digital/driveup services. I was told by a worker that since your hours don't accommodate my schedule I could go to Wentzville........why would I want to drive 20+ minutes to go to another bank when I live in warrenton. Plus to set up my daughter account I would have to drive from work in St Charles Co back to warrenton to pick up my daughter from school then rush back to wentzille before 4 pm. So literally the only people you can accommodate with your services are either stay at home parents, retired folks, or people who work in the evening or night shift.

      Absolutely horrible. What kind of bank has lobby hours from 10:00-02:00 I honestly dont know They charge enough in fees they can definately pay employees. This brach needs shut down Us bank has become a joke Their atm ate my debit card. I ordered a new one they said 2 days max. Just asked becuse its been a week. Now they claim 14 business days to get replacement debit card

      Worst ATM around, it always says unavailable. If your deciding to go here to use there ATM go to Washington or wentzville MO.

      Hope you drive an all terrain vehicle when you visit this location. The craters in the parking lot will wreck your small sedan, seriously, just go straight to the tire shop afterward. Is this the Warrenton branch or the Fallujah branch? As an added bonus, after braving the worst parking lot in the world you can interact with the least functional ATM ever. I feel like getting a GoFundMe together for this dilapidated mess.

      Have had multiple interactions that were very pleasant. This branch feels more like a home town bank than a large company and I always come here instead of the one next to my work in St Louis county for that reason. Have done car and home loans through them and both were very easy. Thank you for your great customer service!

      WARNING** DO NOT even use the atm at this bank! My husband accidentally left his card in the atm, went inside and they said to come back with an ID. We come back and they informed us they shredded it because it wasn't one of their cards. They didn't give a reasonable excuse and just blamed company policy. The fact that they didn't care how much it inconvenienced our lives and even started completely ignoring us at one point. Customer service gets a ZERO rating from us. This is the LAST time this bank will have the chance to make my life more difficult, I'm already disabled. This was unnecessary and extremely unhelpful.

      ATM not working on Tuesday. Checked again a few days later and still out of order ! The drive thru has limited hours and I don't think the lobby will ever open again. There's no consideration to the customer.

      They let my daughter close a joint account she had with me and gave her the money in it! Very unprofessional, it was not her money to have she did it to leave on a vacation and the money for to be used for her Soto insurance not a vacation US Bank! They caused a big family conflict by letting her do this.

      The ATM has been unavailable multiple times in the last 1.5 months. Very inconvenient when I work 12 hour shifts.
