Vicky Sutter1Very disappointed in the service I received. The Vice President was very rude, would not even let me finish explaining what I needed before she cut me off. Then once she heard me situation she was very sorry, not helpful but sorry. Everyone deserves good customer service until they prove otherwise, I got terrible customer service and will tell everyone I know about the treatment I received at this Warrenton branch, if the Vice President is like this I can only imagine how the employees under her act and treat people.

Chris Buyan1This bank will blow your mind. I have been a member since I was 15 years old. I am now 28. I had an issue with my Paypal account which was linked to my checking account with The Missouri Bank. I was charged $330 in overdraft fees in one day. I I went to the bank and begged them for relief from the insane $330 fee. They said they could but they will not. I told them I wanted to go ahead and shut all three of the accounts so I could avoid further overdraft fees. Now I need to get my account re opened so I can get my paycheck Friday since my payroll company used this account. I have been here for 2 hours and am being told that the person who originally closed my account needs to ok it being re opened. Likely they could say no and I could have just wasted my whole day.
