  When your bank can’t accommodate basic business needs. It probably shouldn’t be in business. I have a business account with US Bank and this branch got me so frustrated I practically wanted to close my account. However, I won’t judge the entire company off of one horrible branch (it probably should be cut off) There is one lady at this bank who is consistently wholesome, everybody else is (for some strange reason) apprehensive toward their own clients. Considering their job descriptions, I can’t understand it.

  There is always one teller working when the other is just looking on and the line goes out the door and the atm machine always goes down here

  Don't use your eip card at the atm here it will keep your card and I'm not sure how to get it back I hope I didn't lose my $1400 by coming here

  Terrible service they don't have service in Spanish for my mother, they still hang up the phone on her, as if they were going to ask for something for free, it was to open a business account.

  The ATM is always broken at this location because of vandalism which is inconvenient. I always have to go further to another usbank location to take out money.

  For some reason 45 hundred was too much to cash and also wasn’t able to open an account for me. Some service they offer. And for him to say they don’t carry that much money there.... ok

  I love how there is no fee to get money out of my EBT card unlike other atm's
