  This will be the last time going to this branch. Even living in Elk Grove, I will go out of my way to find another branch! They are slower than any other branch I've been to with this being the 3rd time I've had to wait over 20 minutes with only 1 other person being taken care of ahead of me. This branch should have been closed down during the cutbacks. Think I'll consider changing banks.

  Just went, this morning Friday the 17 9:00am The teller on the window drive trough, did not want to take my cash deposit , I forgot my ID but he refused to give me the deposit slip , very unprofessional and cero help from this guy , I would never go back to this bank unless I’ll use the atm machine , do not want to go inside the place !!!!

  I recently switched to US Bank after having an absolutely horrible experience at Chase. I met with Rafael and he was amazing. So comforting and knowledgeable. Put my fears to ease. Definitely made the transition seamless. Thank you again!

  Had to call ustomer service to file a complaint with the losing staff and branch manager I've been using US Bank for over a decade and never in all of my years have I experienced such horrible treatment. They have policies in place at that location that don't exist anywhere else in the country It's like walking back in time. The branch needs a complete turnover in staff. If there was a 0 star rating, they would definitely receive that from me.

  I would give 0 stars, but you need at minimum 1 star to post a review. The small staff are both rude, lack knowledge about what account types offer (by exampLe Veteran), and they are slow, considering it has always been empty on my visits to this location. I can see this branch location closing its doors permanently in the very near future.

  The ATM here almost never accepts my checks and I have to drive to a different location to deposit them. It's been that way for years.

  Spent 24 minutes at the drive thru second on line with only lane open. Not customer service to me. Take your money to a different bank service to me!

  Very nice staff and I always go inside instead of using ATM. Been coming here for years and never had an issue.
