  What an amazing experience! I certainly will never buy from a retail jewelry store again. I have purchased a few pieces from this family owned (Jade and Kathy are sweethearts) company and everything is always top notch! Elk Grove Jewelry and Pawn has the most amazing customer service. If you have a budget in mind, they work with what you can afford. They are not pushy and rude like a few of the city shops. If you are looking for an engagement ring, a special pair of earrings or even electronics, they carry it all. I have been lucky enough to come across a few great deals and even bought my wedding set from this company with an appraisal. Trust me, you will never pay retail again after visiting Elk Grove Jewelry and Pawn in Elk Grove Village or Mr. Pawn in Elmhurst, tell them Rene M. sent you!

  I bought my Xbox one here and the people who sold it were extremely kind and friendly. Their customer service is great , I had a cord go bad and they were so generous they even replaced it. I would absolutely recommend Elk Grove Jewelry & Pawn to any buyers out there! A++ Rating 👍🏾

  Bought a PS3 from there she told me it only works with HDMI and she'll give me both red white and yellow and HDMI cords but only gave me red white and yellow. And did not give me a controller charger cord even though she had an extra. 3 days after I bought my system it stopped working and she said there's nothing she could do. 🤔 I've been to better pawn shops and I think I'll stick with those.

  I am very sorry that this ps3 stopped working after 3 days. We have tested and sold many other PlayStation 3's without any issues. This item was tested by the consumer before purchase. We do sell used items and cannot guarantee how long they will work for. This customer never purchased a warranty. We stated that this item only works with an HDMI cable before the customer purchased the item. He was told that we can only provide an AV cord as we do not have extra HDMI cables. The charging cable belonged to another ps3 out for sale. He was offered this ps3 as well, but chose to purchase the other instead. I believe he got an outstanding deal for a ps3 system with 5 games and a controller. As with purchasing used electronics unfortunately we have no way of knowing when something may go wrong.

  Called to see what the price of silver was, she said she was on the other line with ebay and was extremely rude. Not going to waste my time with this place, haven't even stepped one foot into the store and having bad customer experience. 😉
