      This is by far, THE BEST Us bank I have come to my services with. All of their tellers are so nice and helpful and make me feel welcomed. Especially Edwin (Eddie) Monterrozo, always has a smile on his face and is ready to solve any problem! Miss Henika and Mr Edwin Torres are very friendly as well. Will be coming back again. 10/10 service

      It's unforutnate that we have to use banks to "manage" our money. Staff is rude, one in particular- Hanika. She is rude, inappropriate and full of attitude. Attitude is not needed nor professional if the customer is being cordial. A customer can only put up with so much and then the same etiquette will be given back. A phone conversation with her recently has reminded me why I stopped going in person to the lobby at this branch. Other staff members (Eddie) tried to excuse her behavior as a "thick accent" and let me assure you that her accent is not the problem, it's her attitude and lack of professionalism. I will be going to another branch whenever my phone app cant fulfill their job (bank staff).

      It does not surprise me that I am not the only customer who had a negative experience with Henika Patel because she refused to allow me to cash my check there. And, the way she treated me, a long time customer, was rude, non-professional, and discriminating. What's even worse was her supervisor, Jose Isais, took Hanika's side and told me to leave after I tried to seek additional help. So I called US Bank from my car and the customer service representative said there was no reason for Hanika to not cash my check. Is this really my bank?!?! Not for long.... you shouldn't have them either.

      If I could give "0"star I would do. People who are working in this branch were so so RUDE. I just visit here today and asked them to withdraw my money and they said they don't have money. This is a joke right? What kind of bank doesn't have money????!!!! This 3 guys didn't have any respect and seems just sitting there wasting their hopeless time.

      This is the worst bank ever charge for supposedly overdraft fees the service is bad they basically called me a lier rudeeeeee!!! Don’t get an account here I will be closing mine when all pending transactions go thru they have most likely taken money from us like Wells Fargo did in the past please don’t open account here I have never had trouble with a bank like this one I only opened account here because it is really close to my job.

      They charge you fees that they shouldn't and then tell you it was computer generated and there is nothing they can do about it. Pethetic!!!!!
