  Shout out to Jerry Shatto he deserves the credit! So far I've been having a great experience with this bank and the employees that work here. Also the US bank mobile app is very easy to use and has great features. If I do have any questions ever Jerry has been such a great help and is always a joy to talk with.

  I rarely write reviews but Jerry Shatto is amazing. So helpful! Both times he's helped me I've been blown away by his customer service. I honestly wish all service employees everywhere were like Jerry.

  I am closing my account with this bank today after they charged me nearly $250 in fees that should not be there and are not willing to reverse them. I am literally stuck 2 1/2 hours away from my home, unable to buy gas or food because of this. Unbelievably unprofessional, untrustworthy and heartless. I never suggest anyone trust their money with this bank. EVER.

  Not only is US bank a terrible bank (they will nickle and dime you to death if they get the chance), this branch is particularly terrible with incompetent employees. Every time one of my family members go to this bank there is some problem. One time their name on the account didn't match their ID. When we went in (it is a joint account) to verify that it matched, they said it did. This family member went back alone and had the same problem. They make everything difficult for this one individual who has never had problems anywhere else. DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH US BANK.

  This is the worst bank I have ever seen. The ATM inside and out both dont work. Cant wait to switche banks

  Fraudulent company. They "forget" to close your account and years later a collections agency contacts you for charges. Very bad company . Use anyone else .

  Branch manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Avoid USbank at all costs. Plenty of better options in town.
