  MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. THE LADY SEEMED PUT OUT TO HAVE TO HELP US. SHE TOLD US HER COMPUTER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT UNTIL LATER THIS AFTERNOON AS SHE WAS EXPECTING A LOAN CUSTOMER SHORTLY. MY HUSBAND ASKED HER, "DON'T YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS"? SHE RESPONDED WE COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE AFTERNOON. WE LEFT THE BANK AND WENT TO ANOTHER ONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE FELT LIKE A BURDEN NOT A VALUED POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

  Professional staff, they seem like they really care. They called me by name and remembered me only after a few visits. It's doesn't seem easy to be effective in a small supermarket branch with all the traffic, but they do a great job. I didn't know they did loans too! Pretty much everything except no safe deposit boxes. Pretty convenient. ATM is an older model but I hear it's going to be upgraded.

  The grocery store this USBANK is in is a very loud and uncomfortable environment. It’s not conducive to getting your banking taken care of.

  AMAZING! They are open 7 days a week! and the people are the best, helpful and courteous, and competent, and inside Albertson's too! Very convenient! Thank's guys and gals!

  You are best to call before going there. They change their hours at will. They say on website close at five on Sunday, walk in at two minutes after three to find out they just closed. Oh we changed our hours back in July. Guess somebody forgot to change on their website. Customer service. NOT!!!!
