dee aud1Every time I go in as a merchant, they have some excuse to make me wait longer. Either, just as I get to the window, the teller has to go on break and I have to wait in the general service lines for another teller or I'm told the merchant teller has to alternate between merchant and general. I noticed it only affected me, the teller took the next merchant after me instead of alternating ( got some flabbergasted looks from the people waiting in the general service line that heard the big preachy speech from the "manager". I talked to some other merchants today and they said Wells Fargo was so horrible to merchants that they switched. Why even have a merchant line? It's not that I mind waiting, but it's always after I have waited 20 minutes in line, then some "manager" comes stomping out and bosses me and the teller around rudely and acts like they are doing me a huge favor to wait on me at all. Made appointments with 3 other banks, will choose one based on their merchant services. May have to keep the Wells Fargo account open with a little money until all outstanding payroll checks go through, but at least I'm finally getting out!

Hawks Spot Collecting1Avoid this branch and it's rude employees! Absolutely the worst bank in town with tellers that carry mass attitude! You can be in line and they will start helping new customers that walk in. I will never bank there personally and I suggest you avoid the rudeness and bank elsewhere! There are 1 or 2 very nice ladies there, but they ate not tellers, and the guys that work there only talk to female customers and ignore any of the guys doing business there. Just an inconsistent rude branch.

Boris Nemtsov1They just got a new branch manager who doesn't understand what "customer service" is. I have an account that I've had for 15 years. I came to cash a check, like I've done for years, but this new manager refused to do it. Now, it's not as if I was asking for anything out of the ordinary; I just wanted to cash a check, which is a basic bank function. I have an account, I have a check. End of story. This new manager, instead of clearly stating the problem and offering a solution, she got agitated and was all over the place in her explanation. I had to call the 800 number to get someone to help explain the problem and how I could remedy it. Unfortunately, they refused to do something that ALL BANKS DO and cash the check. Fortunately, I have another bank that I also have an account with. I went there and they cashed the check, no questions asked, the way Wells used to do before this new branch manager decided that they don't do basic banking functions anymore. I try not to do much if my banking here, especially after all the scandals, but they are national and my company uses them for their retirement services. Steer clear if you can. I'll be moving my accounts to my other bank.

Courtney Latter1I will be pulling my money out and closing my accounts after this visit. The line wrapped around the building with no separate line for the interior ATMs. Poor customer service and ridiculous wait times just to access my funds.

Lacey Clifton-Jensen1Such horrible customer service for a bank. What is the purpose of a bank? Money. I asked to change $300 in cash ($20s to $100s) and they told me no because I'm not a customer. I use a military bank that doesn't have a branch in the area. The quantity isn't money laundering in nature nor was I was I asking to clean them out of silver dollars or something unusual. I waited my turn in line like everyone else and they made a huge deal out of it like I was asking to commit a crime.

Yahaira Nazario1Nice and helpful customer service but NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Are you serious? My 7 years old daughter had to go (#2) and I asked, they told I have to look for a bathroom somewhere around. Me, being pregnant, had to run with my daugther all over the square looking for a bathroom.
