      Ronald was very helpful and professional today. USBank has a terrible automated system for fraud prevention. It took awhile in person, but Ronald was there to reassure me they’d get it resolved. Thanks

      The branch manager should be fired as well as all the employees (all of them are rude). If I could give this branch a negative 100 stars, I definitely would. The customer service here is so bad that I closed my account and went to Wells Fargo because I refuse to bank with a company that are blatantly rude and disrespectful (the branch manager was aggressively rude). Do not walk into this branch because your day will be ruined...you have been warned!!!!!

      If I could leave negative stars I would, but only for the sake of this review. Such an inconvenience of operation hours. This location closes at 4 p.m. and the ATM machines located outside are typically out of service. What a waste, definitely makes me reconsider banking with US bank.

      Not a good branch. Policy at other banks for cashing a check is 500 they only allow 200 and are unfamiliar with western union. They won't ask a second opinion on these topics with the statement that she's the manager despite there being a senior teller I've used multiple times while never seeing her there. Doesn't go well with a traveling businessman. Just go to your familiar branch.

      Branch manager spend over 10 minuets to discourage me of opening account by saying it takes more than 45 minutes to open a account even though no one were in branch. Walked out Wow fast respond from on line representative, I thought, I called the number, after normal waiting of over 10 minutes, It seems no one know what is happening. After explaining, asked to file a complain so some one to get back to me. My respond, I already wrote the review. I though by calling in maybe they will behave and tread the next customer hopefully better. But I don't think so. Now I vested one hour of my life for nothing.

      Went here on my lunch break to make a deposit , Mind you I'm only allowed a 15 - 30 min break and not only is the ATM outside not able to print out receipts - I go inside and request someone replace so that I can be on my way. The only person able to do it is helping a customer who's a grandmother showing pictures of her grandchildren to the teller. I was standing for about 10 mins just waiting, this was very inconsiderate , had to walk out and clock back in late!! This is not the only time i've been to this location where it's run out of paper in the ATM. Just really irritated!!!

      Do not bank at this location. Terrible customer service. The staff has no idea what they are doing. They treat you like criminals and every transactions takes 30 mins. Every time I’ve been there I have had the worst experience. The only reason I go there is because it’s closer to my house but I would rather drive 10 miles to a different location than ever dealing with any one there, specially Ed.

      The staff has always been polite and helpful, but the manager is incompetent and rude. The manager Marina was aggressive and deliberately unhelpful when she couldn’t locate a new account made for me by another location, before she realized she accidentally deleted it.
