  This bank is TERRIBLE!!!!!! They screw everything up. Incompetence at its finest. I’ve never seen anything like this. One teller is working that has no clue what she’s doing

  I go into this bank once every two weeks to deposit my part-time jobs check. The tellers know me and all are very kind to me. They also don't mind if I take more than one sucker! Very nice employees, I have zero issues. I drive from Lakewood just to go to this bank.

  So disappointed with their service. I recently moved to Ohio and my bank does not have locations here. I opened an account here and applied for a loan to consolidate my debt. We discussed what rate and payment I would have but almost 3 weeks later at signing it changed. To sum up the letter I received after complaining about this to everyone was "Sorry but you closed on the loan so that's your problem".
