  Very helpful & efficient. I lost my debit card and had also updated my address just last week. This meant I couldn't be mailed a card by customer support over the phone. When I arrived they were sympathetic to my situation and very thorough. I understand its loud and busy because its located within a supermarket but this was overall a great experience.

  The Manager Dana is Awesome! She is always super helpful to me. I really enjoy this location, cause I can get my groceries and then stop at the bank all in one place!

  Most of the employees here(some are good, but the bad ones cost me $$$$) make me wish I would have set up my accounts at cherry creek, if I go to CC they always take care of me. Countless problems here at this King Soopers spot. US Bank as a whole is okay, but this grocery store kiosk needs to stop pretending to be a bank. Goodness gracious.

  This branch has been the most helpful branch I have ever been to! The branch manger and bankers at this branch are so helpful they can always find the answers I need. Chris is the branch manager there and has been there for almost 2 years if you ever have a problem ask for him! If for some reason he isn't there he will always return your call if you leave a message for him. Evin one of the bankers there is also super helpful he will always try to find the answer if Chris isn't there. I will always go to this branch over the larger branches because they do everything the larger branch does but have much better customer service skills plus they are open 7 days a week. If you want a branch that is going to exceed your expectations go to this one inside the king soopers!

  The Constant new employees here know nothing of rapport and good customer service. Bad, new employee service nearly every time. So many charges that I had no idea came with my savings or checking. One time an employee miscounted by 100 bucks!!!!! They checked the cameras on that one and yes, THEY MISCOUNTED. You had one job. Boooooooo. When a place has this high of turn over, you know they need some work. If it was one issue maybe I'd let it slide but it's been dozens. I like the ATM here tho. That machine deserves the one star I'm forced to give. I will bypass several available bank employees to go to the ATM. Yay for impending automation!!

  This is a good branch. Nothing unique or phenomenal about it that sets it apart from any other bank, but it provides service as expected. I prefer coming here because it has extended hours from a regular bank.

  Terrible customer service. The ATM ate my card and the jerk behind the counter wouldn't help me, claiming he had no proof it was my card. No manager on site. I asked him to shred the card when it was fixed and he said he couldn't because it was someone else's property. No apologies, no sympathy. He said the machine was broken and he was waiting for someone to fix it. A sign would have been nice so I knew not to use it. And now I can't pay for my groceries. Do not go here for cash withdrawal!

  This branch sucks! I been with US Bank for almost 20 +years and i am disgusted. i tried to cash a check from our wedding and the got the run around for 100.00. .. complete fail. They get new manager every few months...time to shut it down. i would give it zero stars if i could. customer service is fake at best. soo disappointed. moving accounts to Navy federal.
