mαríσnєttє dσll1They either took my accounts off or closed them after I verified everything via email, which was a waste of my time. I suggest finding another banking institution. I won’t bother contacting them as I made three different calls regarding the situation. Edit: No I will not leave my contact information. I’ve already tried over 10 times to fix this problem and after I sent my social security info, my ID and rental insurance in, my accounts are suddenly gone and my cards are invalid. Just don’t choose them as your banking institution. They’ll steal your personal information and close your accounts. I called and was told to call the people who requested my personal information. It’s just ridiculous at this point. Will probably talk to a lawyer. Edit: I moved and went to Bank Of America. I can tell you that they are more professional and it took under 15 minutes to open an account. Because I tried to apply online unsuccessfully, they already had my info and all I had to do was just agree to TOS and sign a couple of things. I recommend them!

Eric Kove1I went to this branch yesterday to report suspicious activity on my account. We concluded that possible fraudulent activity was about to happen to my account. The representative immediately locked the account. I think that I should have been told what was happening and/or asked if I needed anything before locking. Now I can’t withdraw cash. Any pending transactions will get declined and to top it all off, it doesn’t stop my direct deposit so they can hold every penny. The manager at this branch and Valley West both treated me like “I” did it when it was all taking place as I stood in front of them. They won’t allow me a new account and they will send any funds on the 26th. That rep should not have the power to stop all activity just because he “feels” like being a hero. Granted, they protected the account BUT I chose a FDIC covered bank so my $ is insured and they should not be able to hold “available “ funds. BBB, Home Advisor, Angie and all Social Media is about to hear how “WE” are protected. Really? The bank doesn’t care one bit that your family will go hungry and go without necessary means because they freeze all funds.

Jean Ambot1glad that I was able to close my account, in the past I always had a positive experienced with US bank however, when we moved to Urbandale, Iowa I just never had a positive experienced with this branch. US Bank Ankeny was great !
