  Tyler & his team were all AWESOME! As first time home buyers they answered so many questions and made the process very easy & painless. We attended the First Time Home Buyer's Workshop they sponsor which helped with a bunch of our questions from the get-go. During our process Tyler & his wife had a baby and moved himself and Jason was quick to step in and knew exactly what was going on; we never felt out of the loop even with as much as he had going on in his life. They were all very quick at answering questions; I was so impressed when we turned in our pre-approval information one evening and I woke up the next day and already had an email from Tyler with all the information we needed! These guys are great; highly recommended!

  Was our first home buying experience we have had we started with a bank as our lender. They never really made us feel comfortable with the process we got ahold of Tyler and his team walked us through everything with step by step instructions. I was able to email them on hours that worked for me ( not during business hours). They where able to get back to me within the day almost every time. I would recommend Tyler and his team to anyone I know starting the process of buying a home .

  My husband and I worked with Tyler and his team to finance our home last summer. It was awesome working with them. They were always quick to respond to our questions (even evenings and weekends), they provided weekly updates to us and our Realtor throughout the process, and we closed on time -- in fact, they had everything ready days ahead of closing. I recommended Tyler to my parents for a refinance and he looked into their situation and told them it would benefit them the most to refinance with their current lender. He has his clients' best interest in mind and gives that advice even when it is not for his own benefit.

  The Tyler Osby Team is fantastic. This is the second home I have financed through them. It is always a flawless process. Tyler and his team hold your hand every step of the way. They will give you tips on anything mortgage related and let you badger them at all hours with your endless questions. After you close, they are still there letting you know what will happen next.   The entire staff is amazing. They are so friendly and punctual. They are a well-oiled machine. They made the not-so-fun mortgage lending process painless and easy! I am so glad my husband and I chose them to work with. Other companies should take a page out of their book! In the end, we hit a snag and almost didn’t close on time, but the team worked their magic and we were able to close the same day!!! Hallelujah. Only the Tyler Osby Team could pull off a smooth closing during a pandemic like this! Thanks again guys. We appreciate all your hard work and dedication.

  Tyler and his staff are the best at what they do, period. We have closed two home purchases, as well as completed a refinance with him and his staff, and all 3 experiences were nothing but smooth and professional. Even post-close, Tyler has been more than willing to answer questions that seem to crop up after everything is said and done. That's the true indicator of a great business...one that takes care of their customers even after they're done conducting business.

  The TYLER OSBY Team is a "Must Have" when purchasing a home. I was referred to Tyler by a friend and it was indeed the BEST referral I have ever been given. Tyler listened to my needs and went above and beyond what I expected. Tyler found us financial incentives that the large mortgage companies never once mentioned. From the first appointment to the move in date, Tyler had excellent communication and customer service skills. I kept thinking "this is too good to be true" but it's Tyler's great work ethic and morals that makes him successful.   Working with Tyler and his team made our first time home buying experience quick and painless! Their knowledge and expertise made the process very simple for me and my wife. I would definitely recommend that new home owners sit through the first time home buyers workshop he puts on once or twice a month. His presentation is full of everything you need to know about the home buying process.
