  When I attended the aviation ground school that was near the Amtrak station in 2010 I used there ready teller there and I had NO problem at all very convenient !

  The workers here are exceptionally helpful and so kind and polite. Every time I go into there they make banking enjoyable! I ran into some issues with my account and one of the ladies helped me figure out everything.

  Made a phone call appointment. On the day of the appointment they said they had another appointment scheduled for my time and they had to reschedule for the next day. Never ended up receiving my call

  My 17 year old daughter received her first paycheck from her first job, she was very excited. We went today at 4:30 p.m. to open her an account to start a savings. We we're denied! The "fine ladies" there at U.S BANK would not open an account for us and told us to open one via internet. NICE!

  WARNING;! Never use this bank. The ATM ate my social security debit card and I had to wait several weeks to work it out. Unable to buy food and bills. Stay clear of this bank!

  It would be nice if they would return phone calls. I needed information on opening an savings account. I'll go somewhere where they want my $$$$.
