  I cannot begin to explain how great of a job Jared did helping me and my wife with the purchase of our home. We just relocated back to the Sacramento area from Washington and Jared helped us make the transition so much easier in what is normally a very stressful process.   Jared managed to help us during the difficult time we went through after we lost our house in Paradise due to the campfire... it was a real challenge given the abrupt change of the housing market ( no more home available, prices up...) so it was a challenge indeed that Jared accepted for our benefit since today my family and I can spend Christmas in our new home sweet home... Jared happened to be tremendously efficient , negotiations went smoothly and fast . We do recommend Jared.

  Jared is an outstanding loan broker, When I noticed a discrepancy in what the loan promised and the final numbers (in my experience this happens a lot), he agreed quickly and moved us to a much better loan easily and fast.
