  I’ve been banking with them for years and I love the bank, except for the fact that I had to pay to get a copy of my statement that I needed for a car loan. I don’t think I should have had to pay anything, since I’m suppose to be a valued customer!

  I don't really care for the lack of effort put into their phone service.. along with inconsistencies from agent to agent.. my card got frozen.. was given 3 different reasons on why, none of them were correct.. a month later, my account is still frozen for apparently no reason.. I

  I wouldn't even give them a star! They wanted 7 dollars just to cash their own check. I've heard all kinds of horror stories about this bank. Just look them up on the Internet. WORST BANK EVER! If you want a bank that works with you go to five points bank.

  This bank is useless! I will no longer bank with them because they tried to steel my money. Recently I tried to cash a check I received for my birthday and after waiting ten minutes for the tellers to finish there conversation and computer games they told me they could not cash my check because i do not have an account with them. This place is horable and I have found the same service at every location I have been to.

  Just on out on bike ride heading to do taxes at hrblock not a good idea to have them do taxes cost me more to pay in for taxes then getting anything back gov.and state taxes done gave me my on ride worst case for taxes ever nice thanks uncle sam didnt stick it to the man the man did all that almost felt like going to doc for that long due full physical with bend on over really was a bad 1 hour to do my taxes and the first time to get them done by rhem never will have done by them again

  Small branch, not really conveniently-located parking wise, access to building is not great especially if you're handicapped, somewhat under understaffed service can be slow
