  beyond upset with this bank. will be switching banks. it was never made clear to me that the spending limit on debit cards is only 500$?? beyond ridiculous. now I have to wait a week for a 265$ refund on a bike. im fuming.

  I used to love this bank and had no issues. Recently haven't been getting the best customer service with attitudes and snoody looks. I also was given false information regarding my account and card and funds were taken out of my account without permission and won't be refunded. I'm truly a very nice person and the whole thing makes me really upset... Sucks because I never had issues and they won't work with me at all on getting what I asked fixed. Charged me for a new card when I was told I wouldn't be charged. A lady told me they always charge 10$ for new cards... But my parents go through them as well and when given new cards were charged 30$ 15 each and was told it's always been 10$ per card. But they were charged 15$ per card. My first cared I ever ordered was 5$. Not sure what's happening but not to impressed😬 will be switching banks after waiting money🙂

  I went in today to withdraw some money from my account and Lisa the manager told me that all I had to do was get rid of a certain thing on my account and if it stopped transactions coming through that were fraudulent instead there was another $100 on top of their $25 fees did they charge me for fraudulent charges on my account I would highly recommend going elsewhere to do your banking!

  I have been banking with them for 22 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else.. everyone who works there looks out for thier customers.. they treat you like family!!

  Very easy to work with.when I got divorced 30+ years ago they gave me a car loan. I have done business there since. They know you when you come in.

  Great bank and people. I have banked with them since I was 18 and am 52 now. I've tried other banks and always had my account here which I am grateful I never closed because I always returned.

  Nice private Hometown Bank, great service and friendly tellers. The only drawback is since it is more of a private bank the debit card or ATM card is limited to where you can use it.

  Everytime I speak to someone at Credit Union, they're always so helpful and happy. I'm glad my business goes here.

  I have been banking with HFCU for over 30 years!! Would not go anywhere else. Best of the best!!!
