  Very nice people but every time I try to do anything, it takes so long. It has taken me nearly an hour to make a deposit because I arrived expecting to use the ATM, finding it not working, I had to wait 20 min for them to open at 940. now , sitting in line at the drive through.....yep, took me a full hour to make a deposit.

  The worst experience I have ever had. The manager, Wayne Jones, was condescending, hateful, and completely refused to be of any assistance in straightening out our banking problems. He treated us with disinterest, walking off in mid conversation, taking phone calls without excusing himself, on the business phone and his mobile phone. The bank made an error and he treated us as if we were liars and thieves. You could not pay me to ever do business with this place again. The most disgusting, unbusiness like behavior I have ever encountered.

  This is the third time now that I have attempted using your bank to try to withdraw cash and have not been able too this is the closest bank that I’m able to use being that my bank is in bowling green and every time before these last few times it’s worked I don’t know what is going on but please fix it. Super upsetting and inconvenient!

  Usually great! Sometimes the lines get long due to actual bank not doing general daily tasks. Appointment only to get in.

  It's a good bank just needs to stay open a little longer for the people that work late

  I've been there and been treated really good
